I grow toms outside in pots and found it hard to judge how much water they needed in hot or in wet weather, so I made a couple of self watering pots and am using those this year. The toms draw up water as they need it and all I have to do is keep the reservoir topped up. I use seaweed solution to feed, and they look great on it so far
