Is it too late to sow Parsnips?

'Something's' coming up from one of my attempted parsnip sowings outside about 4 or 5 so far) but I don't know if they're parsnips or not! Lol . Wish I'd done the radish thing...

Sowed two more rows yesterday. I have a total of six plants germinated from the first four 1.5m rows! I did the radish thing. The slugs loved them.
