I have 4 planted out (one planted out 10 days ago as an experiment and the other 2 went out last week) but they have been covered with fleece when the temp have dropped and they are doing well.

Mine have all been sitting outside under a covered canopy both day and night...I dream of a better tomorrow, where chickens can cross the road and not be questioned about their motives....

The 2 largest plants are now on the plot but covered with a plastoic dome. Rest (along with the squashes) are in a coldframe in the sheltered front garden with the lid off during the day but covered up at night. I'm about as far south as it gets and its still chilly at night
