      According to Alys Fowler if you cook JA's with the herb Winter Savoury its supposed to tone down/stop the wind effect.
      Location....East Midlands.

        You can also cook them with Sweet Cicely (think that is spelt right) to aleviate the wind issue and they are a good source of fibre in your diet.

          You need to grow some winter savoury as a partner to 'chokes. Stops the arty-farty (so I've been told)
