          Was just going to comment same..looks fine and healthy but doesn't look ready yet to me...
          Quite possible it hasnt even split yet...
          I dream of a better tomorrow, where chickens can cross the road and not be questioned about their motives....

            give it a good liquid feed and wait a couple of weeks it will make all the difference
            don't be afraid to innovate and try new things
            remember.........only the dead fish go with the flow

              Only second year trying garlic and last year was a total flop. Would they not have split yet? Even if they were small?

                  Sorry Redser..missed this somehow..Think I seen somewhere that you have (by now) harvested a good crop.......

                    Indeed. I put in Christo from Mr Middletons. But also chanced a mystery type from the supermarket. The supermarket ones have come out huge!! They are a bit misshappen but so what. The Christo is a lovely uniform shape with lots of evenly sized cloves, but much smaller. A decent enough size but smaller. So I'm going to keep watering and feeding those.
                    Will definately be doing some supermarket ones again next year
