My sprouts are nearly 2 foot tall, loads of leaves with minimal caterpillar damage, but no sign of any sprouts as yet.

I am still hoping for a last minute burst of growth, but I don't know if that is just wishful thinking....

My November harvest plants are ~3ft tall with sprouts ~3/4inch diameter up most of it (smaller ones at the top as expected).

My February harvest plants are about 1ft tall with no pimples.

Mine are 2ft tall with pea size sprouts. As an aside, I'll be soaking the christmas ones for an hour before preparing them after complaints about "extra protein" in last years Christmas dinner

My Montgomery are 3 ft high with good leafy tops and sprouts about the size of a large pea. These are meant to be ready prior to Christmas and I've got another variety, whose name escapes me which are ready in late winter but are nonetheless at about the same stage as the Montys.
