I don't think it is a fish, Mikey, its either a seed filter or a log jam of spat-out seeds that have built up over the years (not over the Ears - yet!).

.. I think its time for a new profile pic, and if standing on a beach at night in winter, to the point where my wooly hat actually freezes makes me a nutter... then so be it!
