Pathetic plug plants delivered!

Bit late in the day to respond but I placed an order for hellebores and aquilegia plug plants for the top of the back garden. Still waiting for the aquilegia. Hellebore plugs were teeny and looked as if someone had tap danced on them. When the hellebores arrived the parcel contained three separate boxes. Well, the other two boxes were parcels for other customers! I phoned T&M and found the customer service to be good. Couldn't get replacement hellebores but have picked alternatives and I got to keep the contents of the other parcels - tatties, seeds, tattie planter and some lily bulbs from QVC (lily bulbs have been rehomed with a friend). I suspect I'm going to be disappointed with the size of the aquilegia plugs so I'll just stick with growing from seed. First time I have ever bought plugs. I received free plugs through a subscription to GYO and I'm disappointed with them.

Just a quick follow up - T & M emailed today to apologise and have refunded me (and cancelled the order for sprouts as I requested), so top marks to their customer service.

The sprout plug plants ordered from eBay arrived today and are great, really good healthy plants and very well packed, no damage in transit at all. They were a real bargain too (£1.50 for 10 plants), so all in all, very happy!
