Feed them with tomato feed on a weekly basis. To me it just looks like general drooping, usually caused by soil too rich in nitrogen. Did you recently put fresh manure in the soil?

Well, the soil that was there was basically fill dirt. It had a lot of rocks and didn't even promote much weed growth. After getting rid of some of the rocks, I put a combination of garden and top soil in. I'm also growing peppers and tomatoes in the same plot. I know there isn't much sun, but I've grown stuff without much sunlight in the past and had relatively good results, although I know best it is best to have full sun all day.
