Just read up a little on saving cucumber seed - . I can't guarantee there are not any other varieties of cucumber growing within quarter of a mile though so not 100% sure the seeds will be pure though. Whats the best method of getting a pure seed?

Pollinating the flower yourself, and then sealing the flower either with glue, or putting a bag over it to ensure insects can't get at it.

My season is over the plants have been removed. We had lots of fruit but yours just look so much better. I will be getting new seed next year as my have been grown in a GH along with my normal cumbers.

Since some Dragons Egg seeds have just landed in my lap, what was the verdict? Grow again or not?

I found them to be prolific and tasty, imagine cumber with a lemony zest.

Trouble is this year I received that free gift of tom seeds from Suttons with 11 different vareities none of which I have grown before. My GH is going to be more than a little crowded.

If I had space I would grow them again.

I found the skins on some fruit a little tough but just cut them in half and ate them with a spoon. Others you could eat like an apple.
