When you're working with trigonometry, geomety, mensuration, right angles & left angles all day long its nice to have a bit of randomicity in your free time!

I really like this - I think it actually is regimented! Circles are order. My approach is more chaotic...

*applause* for the target! Likey! Too late for me to copy, this year, but I will remember this for next year!

Looks great!! I like the idea of getting away from straight lines or square blocks. It looks very cool (and I love your pond, it looks so naturalistic!)

Dunno really Zaz, I just play about with things and see where they take me.

My allotments are productive year round and I try to make them ornamental year round if possible.

For instance, when you work out the total linear length of rows you can get in a given area, a circle with straight rows across it would have less growing row length than the three concentric circles I have in mine. Alright, it might be a bugger to weed, but I do all my weeding by hand anyway...........I just feel it's more pleasing to the eye, to me at least.

I do have a target in my garden, but as me and the OH are archers, its not of the edible variety!

                              Love the cookie target, Snadger!

I have no problem with targets, I have many. It's actually reaching them I have a problem with.

I love it Snadger, thanks for the idea.
