We've had frosts and frozen top soil......how will I know if they are ruined TS? Will they not chit? Or will they chit and not grow properly?

Should I buy some more do you think?

Newton I have never had to deal with frozen potato seed but the best advice I could give would be to bring them in to somewhere light and frost free preferably just over 10`C and let them thaw out. Keep an eye out for any sign of discolouration black is a bad colour. Also use your nose to see is they start to smell again a sign they are rotting.

And wait a week or so if they start to throw spruts then I think you will be alright as you will have proved they are alive.
