March, when are you planting your seed potatoes? Just been looking ahead to synodic roots in March and April. Think I'm going with 6th April - Good Friday - hits full moon roots too, so best of both worlds?Last edited by VirginVegGrower; 31-01-2012, 11:35 AM.Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better...Albert Einstein

Thelma Sanders, can I suggest you start posting the biodynamic schedule then please, if you are suggesting the Gardeners Calendar is wrong. I'll concentrate on Synodic only.Originally posted by Thelma Sanders View PostRoots Wednesday after 8.00 am - so no early starts allowed

You think you're bad - I have mine split out into family groups, then by type, I go through six boxes every day only to tell myself "not this week". I then check the charts and think well if I don't do it this week, then I'll have to wait until March, so I put them back on my pin board to be sown. Only to umm and ahhh all over again. It's like the okey kokey!Originally posted by Nicos View PostDarn- I wish I had a polytunnel...all my seed packets are peering longingly over the side of the tin - calling "me me me!!!!"

That polytunnel might just get there if you enter!!!Last edited by VirginVegGrower; 31-01-2012, 05:00 PM.Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better...Albert Einstein
