Frozen seeds

Nope! I'm not a blancher!! In fact all of these broadies happened by accident. I found a load of old seeds, thought they were done for, threw them in the garden amongst the raspberry canes thinking that the chooks would find them and eat them. I don't think they ate any because lots of the plants grew and I had, perhaps the heaviest crop ever of the things. Weird the way nature works sometimes!

Thanks JV. You've hit the bean on the head there - they were not mature when I froze them. Why didn't I think of that. Duh!!!

Thanks for your reply BUT they are doomed - see J.V's post. I overlooked the fact that they were immature beans when I froze them! How stooopid! Back to the drawing board!!
