Strange men on my plots..........

wish they would turn up on my site,then the 50 percent of unused /uncultivated plots could be allocated to some of the 500 people on harrows waiting list.I have now asked twice volunteering to clear very overgrown plots that have not seen a spade for 20 years only to be told they are "taken"

Same in our town-"hardup" council just spent a wedge opening 42 more allotments to"ease the waiting list" when there are at least 80 plots around existing sites that are virtually derelict. When we ASKED FOR WATER TO BE INSTALLED ON OUR SITE THEY CLAIMED POVERTY
