OMG Zaz! I've not started mine yet - well apart from my cukes - I've got about 12 of them and 3 gherkins... Hoping to do my squashes this week... not too late I hope!

I planted early and too many so I've given my extras away already. All to good homes with instructions to keep in Greenhouses/conservatories until mid/late May.

Just beware with these early sowings. As I was coming out the allotment gate I noticed one of the plot holders had planted out his (what look to be) courgettes..........all eight of them. Six of them had been frazzled by the low overnight temps!

Not quite as bad as Zaz but I'm wondering what I'm going to do with 6 butternut squash plants and 12 pumpkin plants.
Courgettes are sown as well.
All I have to sow now are cucumbers and horned melon!

I put 2 courgettes in last night Snadge - but I put a tyre round them and fleece over t'top.

I reckoned that if I lose them....erm...I have plenty more to fill the gap

omg, i only sowed 6 courgettes (so far) and 2 cucumbers.
