cold mornings - hot days

I have peppers and tomatoes growing in a heated propagator set at 15deg
During these sunny days my greenhouse will get to 26deg.
When I leave for work in the mornings it is about 5deg in the greenhouse.
I have been taking the lids off the propagator so the seedlings dont fry in 26+deg. The problem is that it is only about 5deg when I take the lids of before I leave for work..... I can almost see the poor little loves turn blue!
Any ideas how to get round this.

I'm having the same prob. I've still got loads on windowsills but I've started putting some of the leggier toms outside in the morn to toughen them up a bit. It's 5 degrees first thing then heats up to the 20s, so if I'm off to work I have to leave the flaps open and let them shiver for a few hours. I set off for work at 7am today and left them inside in the hope that Himself would put them out as he was wasn't setting off until 9. And of course when I arrive home this afternoon they are still on the dining room table Sorry I have no solution other than to give up work. If only...

Warmth and no sun = leggy plants

Propagator lid off covered with fleece at night, bottom heat will keep them happy fleece to stop them getting frosted.
