cool. thanks 'sheds and fens'. i had a look at the remaining chilli seeds in the packets, gonna have a fun time getting them out the soil. they're tiny! but i'm cheap, i will not let a seed go to waste! grah! hahahahaah

fished out 4 out of 5 squash seeds and replanted them in compost and keeping them indoors. with the bangalore chillis, the seeds were too small and i couldn't find them, so i just chucked the soil from the tray back into the garden.

going to sow batch number 2 in april/ may. found a garden shop on my high street the other day, going to check it out tomorrow. see if there are any cheap bargains.
