Although you do have to make sure you don't put the beans or corn as close together as you can get away with if you don't have anything growing between as the squash can simply swamp the other plants if you let it - believe me, I have photos somewhereOriginally posted by Two_Sheds View PostSquash do very well growing in between the corn/beans. I'm not saying they definity will trample them but they can, and yes, I'd agree that getting the beans started a bit would be a good idea but keeping an eye on the squash is a good idea, even if it's just to try and twist it where you want.
