Rainbow chard -can I use as salad leaves?

As the title says, and I hope everyone doesnt think I am being a bit silly asking, but can I grow them in trays as a salad leaf - we dont like them when they're big, but rather than waste the seeds, thought they would make an impressive looking salad?

In a word...YES. They look very colourful when mixed with Blood veined sorrel. I like to add them to my own spicy mix of salad leafs. PM me if you'd like some.

I'm not that keen on it cooked either and mostly use mine picked young for salads.

Definitely. They're a good alternative to baby spinach leaves and often turn up in fancy salad mixes in the shops.

I didn't think of doing that! Mine didn't get any bigger than salad leaves before the shriveled and died, so I might do them the same way as I do my salad leaves.

Will the produce again like some cut and come again salad?

I'm getting quite excited about the idea of eating my own salads now, I've missed it
