Last year I sowed kelvedon wonder and I think they did fine, I do mine in pots first to give them a good start

ooooOOooo. Might have another go then. Mine have been mouse-munched, bird pecked and most recently suffered (along with everything else green and peckable) from the hen-blitzkreg when darling OH left the gate ajar. Perhapse all is not lost.....
