Sparrows have taken a fancy to my mix salad leafs, can't be bothered netting it though - they're only in troughs...

Ollie - do you lift that whole dome off?

Same here! Not a problem for the last 8 years and now carnage.
They started off on the beetroot leaves, which I didn't mind too much and now they have developed a taste for my little gems.

              Hi

I used canes and secure the netting/mesh with pegs.

On raised beds I have seen the mesh pin to the raised beds with noticeboard pins

I guess clips fastened to timber would only work on square or rectangular frames. No good on a dome unless the clips are able to slide along the timber as you lift it, due to the pipes narrowing.
