You can always eat it! If you make sure you just eat the young leaves they're actually quite nice cooked with a bit of garlic...sort of spinachy. I chuck some in omellettes, feels good eating free weeds!

Or, in the case of ground elder, a plant in every place you look! Just discovered some down at the lottie today. It wasn't there when I dug out the raspberries...
