I had potatoes, brussel tops, carrots, chard and onions from the Lottie with fresh raspberries and blackberries for pud!
I also made a veggie lasagne for tomorrow with green and yellow courgettes, chard and tomatoes all home grown (not the pasta of course!).

Toasted home-made bread with full fruit blackcurrant jam and orange juice for brekky. Home made soup and a ham salad sandwich for lunch. Cod in white sauce with spuds and carrots for evening meal. Wandering about in the garden I picked and ate 2 plums and 2 apples. Apart from the protein all home produced. Not sure about 5 a day but it seems like a reasonable diet to me. Oh, I forgot to mention the crisps and biscuits...
