braiding garlic?

not sure if this is in the right bit but here goes

has anyone got instructions on how to braid/plait garlic (bear in mind that this is a bloke asking and has never had long hair!!!)

i have a fairly good crop of it this year and thought it would be nice to have a braid of them in the kitchen (saves buying a couple when we go across the channel)
