I Love Beetroot

I have just finished a meal of roasted beetroot. The very first crop this year - massive! They were beautiful. I love beetroot! They never let met down, need no work at all, apart from putting in the ground. They provide salad leaves in the early season and then a grow into the tastiest veg in the world and you can keep them forever!.
Anyone have a good beetroot recipe!

easy Garvey, go to the section on the forum or website or wherever, copy the page address eg. select web addy, press ctrl +c and then paste (ctrl + v) into your message - it pastes the whole address but when you post your message on the forum it appears as a link! Hope this makes sense!
