I've two short rows of small turnips (Tokyo Cross) - pulled last weekend for dinner, and all had brown lines running through them - a couple had small maggots in them!
What is attacking, and any suggestions on what I should do? I was going to start off another couple of rows as they look good (and leaves are nice) - but I don't want to do that and have the next lot ruined as well!
thanks

I wouldn't plant any more brassicas in that area until it comes round in the crop rotation. Do you have any cabbages/broccoli/kale/cauliflowers in the same bed? Because they'll all be at risk too.
