Strawberries - had Eton Mess for Fathers Day pud, Sharpes Express spuds steamed and buttered, lovely, had them with little gem lettuce and not so good radishes and everything else you have for a Fathers Day BBQ - Perfick

Some sweetheart cabbage and a cauliflower that needed to make way for more cauliflowers, and one broad bean pod, to check whether the beans are big enough yet. They are. So they'll all be getting picked on Friday!

Took to tops out of the first row of calabrese its now blanched and sat in the freezer Spring onions for my pack up tomorrow (off to leeds again). Also pick my first beetroot of the season.

Rocket potatoes, chives and mint for a potato salad with lettuce for lunch
More potatoes, leeks, cabbage, mangetout, dwarf French beans and a few strawberries for dindins
Feels good not to be buying veg
