Today I Mostly Harvested......

The last of my broad beans and some mixed lettuce leaves.

Strawberries, various lettuce, chives and some baby carrots. Strawberries had gone within 30 seconds of picking them, and the rest were on the plate within 30 minutes to make a salad.

Chard, spinach and radishes.

Ate the radishes for a snack, then fried up some bacon, garlic and walnuts in olive oil, and added the chard, spinach and radish greens. Om nom nom.

Some courgettes and a marrow..first time I have grown one so what to do with it now...
Also harvested last of my garlic - Solent Wight was a mixed bag and Jolimont was a good crop..

Beetroot, carrots and onion today (going to be roasted with some rosemary and thyme for tea).

Spring onions, Red Moon Shallots, various salad leaves and a Little Gem lettuce, chives and the first few pea pods.

Lifted all of my onions, a few courgettes, the last of the broad beans and some spinach.

Im going out later to get beetroot, onion, carrots, courgette and salad leaves for tea. Oh, and a little bunch of sweet peas and cornflowers too!
