I took a large plant out of it's pot today and I've been left with a good 30l of compost which has woodlouse in, I was thinking of topping it up with more compost and using it as a small herb bed or maybe using to put in to the tattie bag, would this be ok?

Woodlice shouldn't pose too much of a threat. If it was me I wouldn't give it a second thought but maybe other folks would. The way I lok at it is if they are there already, how you gonna keep them out in the future. Slugs or Vine Weevil, now that would be a different matter altogether.Originally posted by Herby View PostI took a large plant out of it's pot today and I've been left with a good 30l of compost which has woodlouse in, I was thinking of topping it up with more compost and using it as a small herb bed or maybe using to put in to the tattie bag, would this be ok?Rat

Ok fab, I think it's been there at least a year but the compost still looks very moist and rich so it would be a shame to chuck it away.Follow my garden and chilli growing project... @impatientgrower
