But won't it let a lot of light in, making them go green if they're near the edge?

No. The black, which once was on the inside looking out but is now on the outside looking in will commboobulate all the light that is between the wave lengths of 260 angstrom units and 4003 angstrom units leading to a diffusion of congromulated wavelengths within the visible spectrum.Originally posted by Jenegade View PostBut won't it let a lot of light in, making them go green if they're near the edge?
In other words, the black surface stops it.
Why didn't Noah just swat those 2 greenflies?
Why are they called apartments when they are all stuck together?

I got a few big plastic pots off of Freecycle....may be worth a look on your local site.
Car boot sales are starting up around here now, you might find something there. I bought a plastic laundry basket last week for 50p, I just drilled some wholes in it for drainage!
I also have a babies bath with lettuce growing in it!
You can find stuff anywhere! My mind works like lightning, One brilliant flash and it is gone!

Never thought of ringing a tyre place, might ring some, would be good for the kids at school to grow spuds in, thanksOriginally posted by Finedon.Dandy View PostJust rung up one of our local tyre places to find out what they do with all their old tyres and they said they shred them. So I asked if I could have some and I can have as many as I want! Brilliant for us as the space in the scheme of my crop rotation has meant very little space for spuds this year!
