    ^^^ well done…every bit counts.
Just think…by the summer , your plot will look great and you’ll have an amazing beach ready body!

Remember to cover what you have prepared - or hidden seeds will start to germinate….and that’s soul destroying.

If the soil is really wet and heavy, you might want to leave it a bit longer so it’s less heavy going?
Don't do yourself an injury…nor lose enthusiasm by trying to get everything prepared ASAP. Maybe take a couple of years …
No one will think less of you.

Nicos, I'm on a mission..... my plan is to have it done for spring or near as. I tend to keep myself busy and this is ideal (wish i didnt have to dig). I'll cover with the weed membrane by the meter. The wet/cold are my main enemy as they stop me doing anything on the plot. Too iffy or sticky. rain tomorrow so i'll be looking into seeds and stuff.

When I first started, I'm doing this now, I managed about 3/4 of a square metre an hour... It felt like I'd never finish. But you're going great guns by the sounds of it.

I dont dig my garden, as my raised beds sit on concrete and are two foot six inches high, and me sprachling on to a bed that height isn't a sight to see, but if I had the choice I would have a section of garden where I could dig, I always found digging a plot very peaceful and satisfying, so dont look on it as a chore, look on it as a challenge to

just to add one of the reasons for winter digging was to let the frost into the soil especially if clay soil as the frost opened it up, it also exposed any pests for the birds to eat

it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.
