Marb with two plants in a pot that size I would be giving a light watering first, to wet the soil, if the soil is dry a lot of the water just runs straight through the pot, then five or ten minutes latter applying a weak feed on a daily basis, if you can start with a weak nitrogen feed to encourage green leaves then switch to your usual feed, if the plants improve you could then start applying a half strength feed once a week while continuing with the daily weak feed. I would also try placing the pot on a tray to catch any excess water

it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

I'm going to be a rebel and say, if I were you I would very carefully remove them both from that pot and repot individually. I'd support the top growth by tying it up a bit more, then lift the pot and tap it away from the plants. From there I would repot them and then undo the temporary supports and redo them individually.

Yes its a gamble, but they're not going to do well as they are so for me it would be worth the risk.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do Marb67

I’m no expert in any way with cucumbers, but I was always under the impression that the spikey ones tended to be outdoor ridge cucumbers and the smoother ones tend to be greenhouse ones? Please correct me if I am wrong!
If that is indeed the case then can you put one or both indoors ….in your shed for example ?
That might just give them a bit of a lift with the nighttime temperatures too.

Well, the whole plant has died, as well as the previous one. Had some fruit but this shouldn't be happening. No frosts or wet weather but still this. Ditto for courgettes

That's normal. My cucumbers died well over a month ago.
