I wonder if you could use it in a soup, ameno. I make a spiced carrot and apple soup and a cauliflower with pear and blue cheese soup. Might yacon work in those? (The cauliflower soup is really nice, a lot better than it sounds.)

Pulled the last swede on the weekend. We enjoyed it with some sausage, mash & onion gravy last night - I was thinking of you ChingfordHarry as it was decently swedey (being so long in the ground)

Oooops- I’ve neglected this thread
I picked chives last week to go with baby new potatoes I’d bought.
Loads of bay leaves, rosemary and sage- all plants looking very healthy.
Yesterday I went to collect purple kale and was thrilled to see got loads of new growth. Very sweet, so more today!

Your PSB has made my mouth water Jungle Jane - I'm quite jealous as for some reason I decided I didn't need to net ours & the site pigeons did for them

I’ve just kept the bottom halves of the plants covered because of pigeons,I took the top net off earlier in January/February when they were getting a bit taller & squashed, there’s six plants, some plants are small, two or three productive
