Today I harvested 2022….

This morning Parsnips and herbs for a veggie soup.

The last of my parsnips. They were beginning to sprout and would have gone woody if I did not get them in.

Last of my Oca - I am finding that feb/march is the best harvest time for good sized tubers but only for containers. The ones in the ground grow big but get nibbled.
