At work today, a colleague and I were discussing how it was looking like spring was finally arriving and how we both had plans for planting potatoes and sowing a few seeds this weekend. I've just looked at our weather forecast and it now says snow for both Sunday and Monday.

Earth up the Charlotte potatoes, which are just showing through, in case it does get cold at the weekend.

Get a new batch of compost started. Been too windy to empty the bags of rabbit poo (mainly bedding) until today. Then I'm going to plotter in the sun all day, probably spend a fair bit of time cultivating my social skills with other plot holders (socially distanced of course)

today I've been mosty catching up ... finally got to hack back the budlea as it was getting wayyyyyyyy to big so I decided to sacrifice half of the flowers this year and half next . so a bit of light pruning ... with a panel saw ... couldn't find my bowsaw or lopers

Miss G discovered a new tallent ... operating the shreader

int' greenhouse I sowed some maple seed I lost and refound, and with it some Daphne Mezureum, Cephalaria Gigantica, Centaurea Macrocephela, Marigold Lemon Gem and Cosmos sea shells mixed.

tidying the greenhouses continues and I'm pleased to report the new openers are performing like good uns but it was still 30 + in there with the window open !
