They are a little old-fashioned perhaps on the ordering side, but everything I have had from them has been great. And the catalogue is wonderfully varied.

The tiger nut was my favourite, anyone know where they can be purchased to eat?

I think I will have to ring thomasetty tomorrow as I didn't get a response to my email. Would like to get them planted before it's too late

As Jay-ell said, check the email addess you are using. I have never had any real delay with responses from Thomas Etty.

Some of these smaller nurseries don't have a dedicated admin to respond to email. This can mean that there is a bit of a delay especially during busy times as they are all out in the garden digging things up or whatever in order to dispatch orders.

Keep persevering and try phoning them if you remember (of course if they're all in the garden they may not answer)

Considering that their site and catalogue have a neo-Victorian theme you could try writing in Victorian or Steam-Punk. That might be the difference

I used Thomas's Etty earlier this year, I believe it's 1 bloke & his son in business, they are on bookface & titter if you wanted to track them down that way.

I also believe it's their busy show season, but that's no excuse really.
