Hi Everyone.....I have managed to defeat the cabbage white by covering my brassicas with environmesh, but have noticed lots of greyish eggs on my kale
No sign of pupae or caterpillars. I think the eggs might be whitefly. I am wondering if I should remove the environmesh over winter. I have cabbages and broccolli in the same bed.
Besides providing a nice environment for breeding, the mesh is a b....y nusiance during wet weather when harvesting!
Any ideas on this....many thanks Christine

A lesson learned I'm afraid....it will go before the seeds germinate next year
