I have growing both mini sweetcorn and the normal full size version. Both are doing well - about 30 inches high and on the one batch the male tassels are developing nicely. Foolishly I did not label which corn was which - in my idiocy I thought I would remember. Ha! So, is there any way in which I can reliably identify which is which? Will the minicorn stop growing if I do not pick it? The batches are in different beds and one lot has more slender stalks and is not quite as well developed - the tassels are not so prominent.
Sorry to be so dim.

I haven't a clue how you'd tell them apart, but if it makes you feel any better I'm currently growing a row of sprouts and a row of cabbages which I can't tell apart until they start to develop properly. We all make this mistake at some point. Hope you manage to sort it out.
