As long as they aren't flowering at the same time you shouldn't finish up with some weird hybrid like a sprout plant with tiny cauli florets instead of sprouts or a 3 foot sprout plant with a cauli on the top or a............the mind boggles...

but just think of the space you'd save if you could get them all growing on one plant and they were all yummy (apart from the sprouts, they are never yummy)

A cauli and broccoli cross is called broccoflower and looks AMAZING.

oooooooo i'm impressed, wonder if they taste as good as they look? ....... guess what i'm gonna try growing next year (providing this years actually get some heads lol ) i'm gonna call it a cauliolili cos thats cuter than broccoflower
