Pumpkin seeds in the washing machine

My friend popped over to visit last week and gave me some pumpkin seeds wrapped in a bit if kitchen roll. I put them in my pocket as I was working in the garden. I came in at night filthy and put my clothes in the washing machine.

After a hot wash is there any chance of germinating if I plant them or will I have to get some more?

Plant them and see what happens, they'll germinate within a week if they are viable.

Well, if it was a hot wash that might have started the germination off.

They smell nice and fresh.
