If they had bolted they would go tall, thin, straggly and have the beginnings of flower buds on. Leve them another couple of weeks. Keep watering and you should be fine. They need the leaves to grow for a while in order for the plant to have the energy to swell the root (hope that makes sense? I know what I mean!)

Its my first time for veg growing (or any gardening for that matter!), and I was so proud that my first attempts at the various things seemed to be growing well, but just couldnt see any actual bulbs forming! Its a case of learning as I go along as I dont know how things should look, when to harvest etc.
