went to willko today got two bags of spuds £2.50 a bag ,charlottes & rocket ,I was going to use our potato day But they are charging 15 pence a spud , so the 4kg of spuds would have cost at least £15 ! (53 in one bag 51 in the other ) . atb Dal.

Just for future reference or anyone else. You don't need to plant whole spuds you can cut them up (as long as each piece has an eye) and I have never noticed a difference in yield.
