    You fed them?!! They cause endless damage, dig bulbs up out of pots, steal all nuts on trees etc.
    They caused havoc in my attic
    They breed twice a year, their numbers increas pretty fast. Not something I would encourage near a home.

      It was tactical. The used to come into the garden and eat all the bird seed even when we bought squirrel proof feeders. So we gave them peanuts to see if they would leave the bird seed alone. It sort of worked. Am really annoyed about this though. I’ve barely had a strawberry and I’ve got 30 plants.

        I have a huge walnut tree, 3 large hazelnut bushes - I rarely get anything. I gave up on strawberries years ago - raspberries are easier.

              This year the fruit theives have been targeting the cherries!
