Runner beans - are these pests?

Found a few of these on my runner beans; never seen them before and can't decide if they are pests or harmless insects (ie to kill or not to kill.... Photo in link below:

There are also "black fly eggs" on the beans, which I've been controlling manually.

Definitely ladybird. One of the few insects that doesn't put me in Kill mode.

Your photo is definitely a ladybird larva. What do the eggs look like? "Blackfly" are aphids, and while aphids do sometimes lay eggs, they usually give birth to smaller aphids. If the eggs are bright yellow they are probably ladybird eggs.
