  • Tomatoes that do best outside

I’m planning to grow four types of tomato this year. Sungold, Shirley, red cherry and gardeners delight. Will grow half the plants n the greenhouse and half outside in a raised bed. Which of those four types do you think would do best outside? I’m assuming the Shitley would be best in the greenhouse.

Shirley always says on the packet for greenhouses. I’d have the gardeners delight & red cherry outside. Larger tomatoes will have more chance of ripening quicker in a greenhouse.

Gardeners delight did really well for me outside last year, it was a hot dry summer though.
