Anybody tried PELLETED Red Onion Seed?

Will watch with interest. I don't have much of a problem sowing onion seed thinly, but carrot seed is another thing altogether.

Plus, I didn't realise coatings are effectively fertiliser. Thanks for that.

Will the coating have broken down by the time you need to thin the carrots or have you spaced them so that thinning is not needed?
