If you want to do two greenhouses / "zones" you could get a little tap - same sort of push-fit barbed connectors as the straight/Tee/right-angle ones you have. Easy then to turn off a zone (even if only because some zones are not yet planted, for example, as well as two separate greenhouses)
If you want to automate the watering then both zones would need to be "on", or both/all of them individually piped all the way back to the "timer", and then get a timer that controls multiple circuits. All adds expense, but it would mean that each circuit could have different amounts of water or, if your water pressure is a bit low, each circuit could be small enough to get properly watered (which, from a water butt supply, might turn out to be an issue)
. I've decided I'm not going to bother with a timer - I'm just going to turn on the tap!! It will be connected to an outside tap via a long hose(about 25m) I have two greenhouses either side of a path about 20ft apart. gH1 8x12, GH 2 8x20 ( not sure if you can understand diagram 
) hoping the water pressure will be enough to do the two together as they will be going off in seperate directions. I need to stop over thinking it and just go it!
