Is 7 weeks too long without watering?

Pretty daft question really! Why would anyone in their right minds plant tomatoes in a GH and leave them unwatered for 7 weeks.
Well, this is me and I'm not known for being sensible so here are the 6 tomato plants I set out on 5th May in my away from home GH. I'm going to give them a good soak and see if any of them recover!

I've given them a bit of tlc and a can of water. In a few days I'll be picking tomatoes..............

They look dead to me but not alls lost because they'll make good 'greens' for your compost bin.

You'd be surprised what pulls through. (though I haven't looked at the image, it's far too small)

Click on the image and it should get bigger - but it just makes the plants look even more dead

I potted one up that I found in the back of the greenhouse the other day that was looking pretty bad but nowhere near as dead as those, think you know the answer to your question

They'll be fine, they are still green, just very thirsty, poor wee things.

I agree with Dotty, they'll be fine, sprout from all the armpits, grow enormously so the only way in to the GH will be with a machete and native guide, and give you a mahoosive crop you can't possibly deal with, and you'll end up having one of those Italian tomato festivals where everyone chucks toms at everyone else.

You're supposed to sun dry them once they have fruited VC
