Ok so I'm sad I used a small nft hydroponic system in my greenhouse last year and put a small fish tank water heater in it the plants (toms) didn't seem bothered by any cold nights (West yorkshire) will have to try again this year and see what happens

Good to know. Think I'll try getting a waterbutt in the greenhouse this growing season. Might even try growing watercress in the top of the waterbutt
